- 2 Tbs coffee (add drops of water and make a solution)
- 1 Tbs corn flour
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbs Sriracha sauce
- Olive oil for frying
- Alfredo sauce for spaghetti
- Onion Creamy Steak Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup capsicum (1 inch finger cutting)
- 1 green chili (Julianne cut)
- 1 medium sized white Onion (thin slices)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 3 cups milk (depend on the thickness of sauce, for more creamy texture, add more milk and cook with spaghetti)
- Boiled Spaghetti (3/4 packet)

- Take a chicken keel and cut into slices. I cut it when it slightly frozen so the cutting will be smooth and straight.
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme for giving a Italian taste
- Add chili flakes and brown sugar. Take coffee and mix with drops of water and make solution. Brown sugar reduce the bitterness of coffee in the marination.
- Add sriracha sauce for some hot and spiciness flavor.
- Add Corn flour for stiffness and mix it well. Keep aside for 15-20 mins.
- Boil speghetti Ala Dante. Over-cooked spaghetti will be mashed into sauce. So it should be tender and firm.
- Take a pan and pour olive oil, make it hot and spread the chicken pieces on pan and start frying
- On the other stove, pour Onion creamy steak sauce in the pot and half cup of milk and bring it into boil.
- Turn the chicken pieces to other side
- Cut the capsicum, onion and Chili. Once the chicken gets done just keep a side and add vegetables and sauté them.
- Mix all the vegetables into sauce and cook for a while. Check the consistency of sauce and add milk accordingly. Add Italian seasoning and boiled spaghetti followed by chopped parsley.
- Dish out Alfredo Spaghetti in serving platter. Place the pan fried chicken on the top of the spaghetti.
- Serve your meal with Garlic toast and chili flakes.
