  1. Heat oil in a pan,fry the onions add ginger garlic paste. Add cumin seed and chicken. Fry well. Add potatoes and fry well. Add chopped tomatoes and bhuno well. Add all the seasonings and soyasauce. Chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies with little water in a blender. Add chopped masala and mix well. Cook till chicken tender add 4 glass of water. When start boiling add soak rice in it. Cook till rice done. Haray masala pulao is ready to serve.
