  1. 1 kg chicken fillets
  2. 2 cubed onions
  3. 6 tbsp bajra Aatta
  4. 2 tbsp desicated coconut (powdered)
  5. 4 slices bread soaked in 1 cup water(squeeze the water out later
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic
  7. 2nd step ingredients
  8. Salt (to taste)
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
  12. Half cup chopped spring onions
  13. Half cup chopped Coriander
  14. Green chutney Ingredients
  15. 2 cups fresh coriander
  16. 4-5 green chillies
  17. 2 tsp garlic paste
  18. 9-10 curry patta leaves
  19. 3 tbsp desicated coconut
  20. 1 small green pepper
  21. 2 tbsp almond powder
  22. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  23. Half tsp cumin powder
  24. to taste Salt
  25. For coating
  26. 1 cup bread crumbs
  27. 2 eggs beaten

Steps to make to make Chutney Cutlets

  1. Mince all the 1st step ingredients in grinder
  2. After grinding add step 2 ingredients in it and mix step 1 and step 2 ingredients all together
  3. Now grind the green chutney Ingredients all together and make a thick chutney
  4. Now spread the grinded mixture on to a big piece of greased foil (grease with oil
  5. Now spread green chutney, roll it tightly like a Swiss roll and lastly roll it with a foil bake on 180oc for a our 30 to 40 mins
  6. When done open the foil and let the logs cool down, refrigerate for an hour before slicing
  7. Now dip the sliced rolls in egg and bread crumbs, fry on medium heat till. Golden, serve with ant chutney of your choice ❤️
