  12. 1 - 2 green chillies
  13. green onion for garnish
  14. Oil for frying

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in egg, salt, red chilly pwdr, 1tsp soy sauce, 1tsp Tomato sauce and 2 tsp cornflour. Mix well and keep for 2 hrs.
  2. Heat oil for frying and fry the chicken pieces. (Don't over fry - chicken will get hard.) Take them out on a paper tissue.
  3. In a separate pan heat 2 tblsp oil and add garlic,Fry till golden color and then add sliced big onion and capsicum cubes and cut green chillies. Stir fry on high flame for 2 -3 minutes. The vegetables should be crunchy. (Don't over cook)
  4. Add rest of chilly sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and white vinegar. And 2 tsp water and mix well
  5. Now add fried Chicken and Mix well.
  6. Serve with Rice or Roti
