  14. Pinch yellow food colour
  15. Little bit water as req for making batter
  16. Oil as req for deep fry

  1. Take a chicken wash it then strain it very well
  2. Now take a blender jug add ginger,garlic,green chillies and make a fine paste must be equal aboved quantity👆
  3. Take a bowl add that fine paste in it then add spices mix it then after that break egg in it and mix it
  4. After a very good mixing add chicken and mix again cover it tightly and keep in fridge for 60m maximum
  5. After 60m take it out from fridge add some corn flour some maida and mix it then after that add pinch of yellow food color at the last sprinkle some sesame seeds
  6. While mixing take a wok add some cooking oil heat it on medium flame then add marinated chicken pieces by one one and deep fried it until its color become a nicely yellowish😉 and golden 😉
  7. Dishout it and enjoy it with your favorite sauce 😋 before serving sprinkle some fresh parsley or coriander its optional😉
