  19. 2-3 tbsp chopped green onion only green part

  22. 2 chicken breast cut into one inch pieces
  23. 1 egg
  24. 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  25. 1 TSP salt or to taste
  26. 1 TSP pepper
  27. 3 tbsp maida/ plain flour
  28. 2 tbsp cornflour
  29. As required Oil to deep fry
  30. For the Manchurian gravy
  31. 2 tbsp oil
  32. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  33. 2 green chillies chopped optional
  34. 1/4 cup whites of the green onions finely chopped
  35. 1/3 cup onion cut into 1/2 inch square
  36. 1/3 cup capsicum cut into 1/2 inch square
  37. 3-4 tbsp ketchup
  38. 3-4 TSP soya sauce
  39. 2 Tsp chili sauce or as per taste
  40. 3 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup of cold water
  41. 1/2 Tsp salt or as per taste
  42. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  43. 1 cup hot water or a little more
  44. as needed Greens of green onion for garnish

Instructions to make to make Veg noodles with chicken Manchurian

  1. To boil the noodles. Boil the water with salt and oil. Add noodles to it.
  2. Boil the noodles for 4-5 minutes. Do not over boil. Remove in a colander rinse with cold water nicely. Rub 2-3 tbsp of oil. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai or wok. Add the onions and saute for 30 seconds. Add the chopped garlic. Saute. Now add the carrots and saute for a minute or 2.
  4. Now add the cabbage and capsicum. Saute for 30 seconds. Add the salt and pepper. Mix.
  5. Add the noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. Mix well using two forks. Add the chopped green onions greens on top. Noodles are ready.
  6. For the chicken Manchurian, let's first prepare the chicken. Wash and clean the chicken. In a bowl add the chicken, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and one egg. Mix well.
  7. Now add the plain flour and cornflour. Mix once again.
  8. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry chicken pieces till golden brown. Keep aside.
  9. For the Manchurian gravy, heat oil in a wok or kadai. Add the chopped garlic. Saute. Now add the chopped white onions. Sauté for 30 seconds. Now add the onion and capsicum squares. Mix.
  10. Add all the sauces and salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the cornflour slurry. Mix fast and quick.
  11. Add the chicken. Coat the chicken nicely with the gravy. Your dry chicken Manchurian is ready. I wanted to eat it with noodles so I added hot water to it and cooked it for a minute. Garnish with chopped green onions greens.
  12. Serve hot chicken Manchurian with vegetable noodles and enjoy.
