- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic coriander and green chilli paste,lemon juice, garam masala powder and salt keep it for 2 hours. Then add fresh cream and mix well put the chicken in wooden skewers 3 to 4 pieces
- Then apply bread crumbs to all the chicken. Beat the egg in a plate with salt. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the the chicken skewers in the egg and fry on medium flame for 3 mins then flip and cook the other side on till done
- Remove it on an absorbent kitchen towel and serve with ketchup or green chutney
