  1. For Chicken Roll Wash the boneless breasts well, halve them lengthwise and cut into 1” cubes. Set aside
  2. Smear the boneless chicken cubes with yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and mustard oil.
  3. Set aside the marination for 30 mins
  4. For Parathe - in a bowl add Maida, salt, oil and milk. Mix and with adequate lukewarm water make a soft dough. Keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 15 mins
  5. For Chicken - take the cubes and add to the skewers. In a grill pan heat oil and grill the chicken cubes on medium flame for 3-4 mins each side. Turn sides. Grill well. Set aside
  6. For the Parathe - roll out balls and smear oil on the balls, rolling pin and roll out thick Parathe circular in shape. Smear with oil if need be
  7. In a bowl break the eggs.
  8. In a pan heat oil and add one Parathe, fry on medium flame for 1 min, add 1/4 cup beaten egg and fry the side of the egg. Set aside
  9. Place a parchment paper on a kitchen board. Place the Parathe with egg side facing up. Place one skewer of chicken cubes (ideally 3-4 pieces) on the egg side. Add sliced onions, lime juice and chopped green chilies. Roll the Parathe with chicken cubes. Complete the batches
