  8. For Fried Rice : Soak rice in water for 15 min..boil in hot water when done drain it in sieve.. keep it aside
  9. In big pot add oil, fry beaten egg add all vegetables & seasoning cook for 2 min then add boiled rice & give it a quick mix..
