- Salt to taste

- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 medium eggs
- Gravy sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Soye sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 2 Tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Teaspoon extra hot chilli sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1,1 /2 Tablespoon cornstarch
- Gravy
- 2 Tablespoon oil
- 2 Tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 Tablespoon ginger paste
- 3,4 green Chillies
- 1 medium Onion cut in cubes
- 2 chicken cubes
- Frying
- Oil as required
Steps to make to make Fried rice with Chilli Chicken
- Wash then Cut and chopped vegetables
- Marinat the chicken with all marination ingredients, Soye sauce vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Then corn flour and all-purpose flour, ginger garlic Paste and eggs. Mix them well
- Let marinat 30 minutes then fry on medium heat until crispy tender.
- Remove from oil let the drain all exceed oil. Keep aside
- For gravy sauce, Add soye sauce in a bowl
- Then add ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and extra hot chilli sauce.
- Add cornstarch and all-purpose flour mix well and keep aside
- Heat the oil in pan add chopped garlic cook it until lightly turn the colour.
- Add green Chillies slices, add onion cubes, stir them.
- Add capsicum soute 2 minutes
- Add gravy sauce, mix nicely, keep stirring.
- Let simmer until perfect consistency. Than add fried chicken in gravy
- Chicken Mix well in gravy then transfer to the serving dish and enjoy with fried rice
