  2. 250 grams Chicken
  3. Chow Mein spaghetti
  4. 1 &1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  5. 1-2 tbspn cooking oil
  6. 1 tbspn Soya sauce
  7. 1 tbspn Vinegar (sirka)
  8. 1 tsp White pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  10. 1 tsp garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  12. 200 grams boneless chicken
  13. 2 Pinches Baking soda
  14. 2 tbspn Cooking oil
  15. 2 tbspn Soya sauce
  16. 2 tbspn Chilli sauce
  17. 2 tbspn chilli garlic sauce
  18. 1 tbspn sugar
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  21. 1 tbspn cooking oil
  22. 1 Cup carrot Julienne cut
  23. 1 Cup capsicum Julienne cut
  24. 1 tbspn cooking Oil
  25. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  26. 1 Cup spring Onions chopped
  27. 1 seedless green chilli Julianne cut
  28. 1 tbspn chow mein spaghetti masala
  29. Spaghetti boiled
  30. Fried chicken
  31. Prepared Chow Mein sauce
  32. Stir fried Vegetables
  33. 2 tbspn Green onions leaves

Instructions to make to make Easy Chicken Chow Mein

  1. In boiling water add spaghettis & mix well.
  2. Add salt, mix well & boil until tender (7-8 minutes).
  3. On a pot place a strainer, strain it & rinse with tap water. Add oil, mix well, strain & set.
  4. In a bowl add soya sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, ginger,garlic paste & mix well.
  5. Add chicken boneless & mix well.
  6. Add baking soda & mix well. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  7. In a pan add oil, marinated chicken.
  8. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame or until done & set aside.
  9. In a bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, mix well. Chowmein sauce is ready & set aside.
  10. In a same pan add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum mix well & sauté for 2 minutes. Take out & set aside.
  11. In same pan add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste & mix well.
  12. Add spring Onions, mix well & sauté for a minute.
  13. Add boiled spaghettis & mix well for a minute.
  14. Add cooked chicken & mix well.
  15. Add prepared chowmein sauce, mix well & cook for 1 minute on high flame.
  16. Add chowmein masala powder & mix well.
  17. Add stir fried vegetables, Julienne cut green chilli & mix well.
  18. Add spring Onions chopped leaves & mix well.
  19. Yummy & delicious chicken chowmein ready to serve enjoy 😋
