- Handful spring onion (chopped)
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp oil

- In a mixing bowl add cube cut chicken then add ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,red chilli sauce,vinegar,egg,cornstarch,salt and pepper to taste mix and coat the chicken well.
- Heat oil in pan for frying coated chicken till light golden chicken,do not over cook them,remove it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Now in wok on high heat add oil,garlic, ginger and green chilli sauté it for a minute.
- Add onion,red bell pepper,capsicum mix well and sauté it for a minute,add spring onion and continue to sauté on high heat.
- Add soy sauce,red chilli sauce,salt and pepper to taste and add water mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add cornstarch water mixture,sugar and cook until the sauce get thicker.Add fried chicken toss well then add vinegar and freshly chopped green spring onion mix well and cook for another last 1 minutes.
- Finally your chilli chicken is ready to serve hot,spicy and tangy.
