- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 white onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper, cut into chunks

- 1 chunk Ginger, roughly sliced
- 2 bunches Basil
- 1 Spring onion, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup shaoshing rice wine or sherry

- 1 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

- Lastly add the basil leaves to the wok and stir together. Cook for a minute. Then transfer to serving bowl.
- Serve immediately while hot and eat with steamed rice.
