- In cooking pot, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste,, cook for 2-3 minutes until raw aroma goes away. Then add boneless chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add Black pepper, White pepper, Chicken powder, Red chilli powder, Salt, Paprika powder, Vinegar, Red chilli sauce, Black soya sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Water and mix it. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Afterward add red chilli whole, capsicum, onion, tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes and add chicken stock, and corn flour mixed with water.
- Now cook for 5-6 minutes. Cover it to cook. Chicken Shashlik is ready. Serve with Chinese fried rice
