  22. 2 tbs red chilli sauce
  23. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  24. 2 tbs corn flour
  25. 2 glass water

  1. For scrambled eggs: beat the eggs in a bowl, add Black pepper and salt in it and mix it well
  2. In 1 cup of heated oil, add the eggs and scramble them well with the help of cooking spoon. Take them out once they turned light yellow in color
  3. For Rice: In remaining oil add Julienne cut carrots and capsicum. Fry them well till they are crispy
  4. Now add black pepper, salt and soya sauce in it. Saute it until spices are well combined and cooked
  5. Now add rice (already soacked in water for about 20mins) in the cooked veggies.
  6. Add water. Bring it to boil until rice are almost cooked. Add scrambled eggs in it and put the rice on dumm and cover the lid properly. Fried rice are ready 🤩

  8. Take a deep pan, add oil in it. After heating it add Julienne cut chicken in it. Cook the chicken until it changes in white color. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well for half a minute
  9. Now add 1 julienne cut capsicum and bullet sized chillies cut in half into it. Toss them well
  10. Now add green chilli paste, black pepper, salt soya sauce, red chilli sauce and chilli flakes. Mix the spices. Now add sugar to get that sour and sweet taste
  11. On one side mix cornflour in one tbs of water as it will help to make the gravy thick
  12. Now add 2 glass of water in chilli and the cornflour (mixed in water). Cook it in high flame for a minute. Gravy will start getting thick. Now keep the flame low until you get your desired thickness
