- 1 Packet Zorabian Spicy Chicken Sausages
- 3 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Butter (For Sauteing)-Divided

- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Mexican Seasoning
- 1 small Carrot (Sliced)
- Half Green Bell Pepper (Thinly Sliced)
- 6 Spring Onions (Chopped)
- 3 Cloves Garlic (Grated/Minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (Grated)
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil (Preferably Sesame Oil)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chinese Secret Sauce or Sriracha or Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 1 tbsp Hakka Noodles Masala

- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain the noodles. Add a teaspoon of oil to it to avoid sticking. Cover with a lid to keep it warm.
- Cut the spicy chicken sausages into small rounds. Heat a pan. Add butter and saute the chicken sausages till fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In a small bowl add eggs, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mexican seasoning and mix it well.
- In the same pan, heat butter. Add the beaten eggs and fry till done. Set aside.

- Next add soya sauce and green chilli sauce.
- Add white vinegar and mix it. Add corn starch and whisk it well.
- Wash and cut the carrot and green bell pepper into thin strands. Also wash and cut the green onions and set aside. Grate ginger and garlic and keep aside.
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute the carrot and green bell pepper till half done. Next add the white part of the green onions and saute.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder over the vegetables. Add in the ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Add the sauted chicken sausages and scrambled eggs. Add the green part of the spring onions. Add the partially cooked noodles. Mix well.
- Pour the sauce over everything and saute till the sauce thickens. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Hakka Noodles Masala and saute for another minute. Cook until the noodles are reheated.
