- 500 gm minced chicken

- 2 tsp maida

- Prepare chicken keema by heating oil in a pan or kadai. Add chopped onions to it and fry till translucent.
- Add chicken keema and mix for a minute. Then add ginger garlic paste, chilli coriander paste, black pepper powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After 10 minutes remove lid and dry the water if any. Switch off the flame. Keema is ready.
- Now take a bowl. Add all eggs maida and cornflour to it. Beat it very nicely till it becomes very smooth like a thick shake. Keep adding water as required till you reach that consistency.
- Take a flat pan. Add few drops of oil and spread it evenly on the pan. Pour one big spoon of the egg batter and spread it on the pan. Keep the flame high and let it stay for 30 seconds. Take it out on a plate. Don’t flip it just cook it on one side. That’s it. Similarly do this same procedure with the entire mixture till you get many base for the roll.
- Now take maida and water (1 tbsp maida with 1.5 tbsp water) for making the solution to stick the edges of the roll.
- Now take a base and place it with the cooked side towards the top where in you add the keema. Roll the base keep aside.
- Similarly roll all the bases.
- Finally take a kadai and heat generous amount of oil. As it heats up add the roll one by one and deep fry it. You can shallow fry as well. Fry till all sided turn brown in colour. Keep changing sides in between.
- Your dish is ready to serve. Serve with a green chutney or sauce.
