- 1/4 Cabbage Finely Sliced,

- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce,
- 1 TBSP Sesame Oil,
- Nori Flakes A Pinch (You can use a handful of finely sliced coriander or parsley)
- Pinch Sesame Seeds,
- Pinch Sriracha Powder / Chili Flakes,
- Pinch Sea Salt,

- Prepare the chicken. In a pestle and mortar, add and smash garlic. Add in the rest of the ingredients except chicken. Mix until everything is well combined. *If you’re using chicken breast, tenderize with a meat mallet until almost the same thickness.*

- If you are not residing in Singapore, you can replace the sambal with any chili or hot sauce of your preference. Harissa, Sambal Oelek, or Thai Red Chili Sauce will be awesome as well.
