  29. 1-1/2 tsp coconut powder
  30. :For Chicken Haryali Boti:
  31. 300 gm Boneless chicken cubes
  32. 1,1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  33. 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  34. As required Salt
  35. 2 tsp Green Chili Paste
  36. 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  37. 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  38. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  39. 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  40. :For Green Chutney:
  41. 1 bunch Fresh Coriander
  42. Fresh Mint Leaves 1 Bunch
  43. 1 tbsp Ginger
  44. 5, 6 Green Chillies
  45. 1/2 tsp Salt
  46. 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  47. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  48. 2, 3 tbsp Water
  49. :For Mint Imli Chutney:
  50. 250 gm Tamarind
  51. 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  52. 1, 2 Green Chilies
  53. 2 Garlic Cloves
  54. 1 tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
  55. 1/4 tsp Salt
  56. :For Mint Raita:
  57. 250 gm Yoghurt
  58. A handful Mint leaves
  59. 1 Green chili
  60. 2 Garlic Cloves
  61. 1 tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
  62. 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions to make to make Bar.B.Q Platter

  1. Mix all ingredients of chicken makhni boti coat chicken and veggies well and rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.
  2. Mix all ingredients of Malai boti marinate chicken well rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.
  3. Mix all ingredients of Haryali boti marinate chicken well rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.
  4. For Green Chutney Blend all the ingredients and save in airtight bottle.
  5. For Mint Imli Chutney soak tamarind in 1-1/2 cup water for 15 minutes. rub with fingers,throw seeds. In blender add mint,green chili, garlic,roasted cumin, with 1/4 cup water, chop them fine. Now add tamarind paste and salt and blend again. Imli mint chutney is ready.
  6. For Mint Raita add all the ingredients and 1/4 cup water, except yoghurt in a blender and blend well. Now add yoghurt, and run the blender for 10 seconds, don’t over beat it with yoghurt. Podina raita is ready.
  7. Serve this yummy bbq platter with your favorite naan like kalonji Naan, dhania Naan, till walay naan and Raita Salad.
