  1. Preheat the wok, add olive oil, onion stir fry till fragrant. Add chicken stir fry on a medium cook add carrot, potato, sweet potato and peas.
  2. Season with sugar, oysters sauce, soy sauce, pepper and curry powder stir fry a few mins. Cover with the rid, leave it cook and dry. Set aside.
  3. For the pastry: Put the flour into the mixture bowl add sugar and salt stir to mix it. Add olive oil and use you fingertips lightly nib until mix it well. Add the cold water.   4. Place the filling on the flattened dough. Then fold and press the edges to seal.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius, bake for 5 minutes. Remove for butter brush, and bake again for 20 minutes. Remove again for glazed eggs. Back to bake again for 5 minutes.
