  14. 9-10 Sabut Laal Mirch (Button Red chillies)
  15. 1 Tsp Namak (Salt) or to Taste

  19. 150 Gram Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled

  23. 4 Hari Mirch (Green Chillies)
  24. 2 Anday (Eggs)
  25. 1 TBs Oil / Ghee

Instructions to make to make Street Style Bun Kabab

  1. In Blender, Add Hara Dhania, Garlic, Green Chillies, Button Red Chillies, Citric Acid, Salt, Cumin seeds, Vinegar, Yogurt & Blend Well. Bun Kabab chutney Is Ready.
  2. In Poot, Add Chicken, Chaana Daal, Cumin Seeds, Button Red Chillies, Salt, Cinnamon Stick, Black Cardamom & Water. Mix Well And Bring It To Boil Cove And Cook On Low Flame until 90% done (Approx 15-20 Mins).
  3. Remove Scum and Discard Whole Species.
  4. Let it Cool
  5. In Chopper, Add Chaana ka Mixture, Boiled Aloo, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Fresh Coriander, Green Chillies and Chop well Until Combined.
  6. Wet Hand With water, and take a mixture and Make Kababs of Equal Sizes (13 - 14 makes).
  7. Take a bowl, Add 2 Eggs beat until its Fluffy.
  8. Take a pan, Add Ghee and let it melt.
  9. Now Dip kababs into beaten Eggs and Fry Both Sides until golden Brown.
  10. Toast the buns, Add and Spread Bun kabab chutney, onion, Sprinkle Chaat masala, Add Kabab, coleslaw and Tomato Ketchup.
  11. On top bun, Add & Spread Bun Kabab Chutney cover and Again Fry Bun Kabab till Golden Brown.
  12. Serve with Bun Kabab Chutney And Tomato Ketchup.
