  22. Spring Onion Rice
  23. 1 cup Rice
  24. 1 Spring Onion
  25. 2 cloves Garlic
  26. 1 glass Water
  27. Salt to taste
  28. 1/2 tsp White pepper
  29. 1 tsp Soya sauce
  30. 1 tsp Vinegar
  31. 1 tbs Oil

Instructions to make to make Chicken shashlik

  1. Cut chicken and vegetables in cubes.
  2. In a bowl add chicken with garlic/ ginger and all your spices.
  3. Marinate it for 1 hour.
  4. Assemble the chicken and vegies in a shashlik stick
  5. In a frying pan heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil and place your sticks. Keep turning the sides so all the sides are cooked evenly. (Do not overcook the chicken should remain tender and juicy)
  6. Sauce: In a saucepan add ketchup, water, salt, black pepper and rosemary. cook sauce for it for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Rice: In a pot, Add Oil and heat it,then add crushed garlic,saute 2 to 3 mins,add white part of spring onion and saute.
  8. Then add boiled rice,salt, white pepper,soya sauce and vinegar and green part of spring onion. Serve and enjoy
