  2. 250 gm Maida (All-purpose flour)
  3. 1 tsp Soya sauce

  7. 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  8. 1 Chopped capsicum
  9. 1 cube Butter
  10. As needed Refined oil
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  13. to taste Sugar
  14. 2 tsp Schezwan sauce
  15. 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  16. 2 eggs

Instructions to make to make Hot Garlic Chilli Chicken

  1. Mix flour and Soya sauce with water as needed
  2. Dip the chicken keemas into the mixture and let it marinate for about 30mins
  3. Now put the kadai on the oven and add butter cube....stir well
  4. Add chopped onion,green chillies, capsicum,garlic accordingly and make them semi fried
  5. Sprinkle Black pepper and coriander and mix them well
  6. Add sugar and salt as per taste
  7. Another frying pan has to be set on oven..pour refined oil
  8. When the oil becomes hot,dip the marrinated chicken keemas into the egg paste and fry well in the oil
  9. Coming back to the kadai...🌝add some water and boil it in semi high flame
  10. Now add fried çhíckèñ into kadai stir well
  11. Add 2 to 3 table spoon of Schezwan sauce into it
  12. Sprink chopped coriander leaves on it...mix them & let the flame off
  13. Now it's ready to pour in the serving bowl to enjoy with roti or naan
