- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 Egg whites
- 1 big Onion (cut in cubes)
- 1 big Capsicum (cut in cubes)
- 1 Onion(chopped)
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic
- to taste Salt

- For dough, take flour, oil and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and knead a soft dough.
- In a mixing bowl, take boneless chicken pieces, soya sauce, chilli sauce, chilli powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour and egg whites.
- Mix all well and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry marinated chicken pieces till golden brown in colour.
- In remaining oil, put 1 tsp crushed garlic, then add onions and capsicum.
- Sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add fried chicken pieces.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
- Mix well and cook till it becomes semi dry.
- In a nonstick pan heat butter, then add 1 tsp crushed garlic and sauté.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame.
- Mix chat masala and salt in chopped onion and keep aside.
- Make medium size balls from dough and roll out like chapati.
- Spread some butter-garlic mixture on chapati.
- Roll it in cylindrical shape and cut in 3 pieces.
- Flatten all pieces and keep the pieces on each other and again flatten with hand.
- Roll it out again like lachha paratha and cook on tawa with adding oil.
- Cook paratha from both side till golden and crisp.
- Spread tomato sauce on cooked garlic lachha paratha, put some cooked chicken chilli and sprinkle chat masala mixed onions.
- Fold it like roll with help of aluminum foil and enjoy.
