  13. 1/4 cup Schezwan sauce
  14. 1/4 cup cornflour
  15. 1 egg
  16. 1 tbsp honey
  17. 1 tsp cornflour mixed in 4 tbsp water to make slurry
  18. As required Oil for deep frying
  19. as per taste Salt

Steps to make to make "Schezwan Chicken"

  1. In a mixing bowl add chicken cubes along with 1/2 tsp Soya sauce 1/2 tsp red chili sauce, 1/2 tsp tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste vinegar and pinch of salt and mix it well together and marinade for at least 30 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes in a same bowl add cornflour and egg and mix well with marinated chicken cubes and coat it well.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadai add bartered Chicken one by one for deep frying. Fry these on medium flame to high flame till golden brown.
  4. Take these out on a kitchen towel to drain out the excess oil and set aside.
  5. Now in a pan heat 2tbsp oil and add chopped ginger garlic with dry red chillies stir fry on high flame for a minute. Now add onion cubes Red yellow green bell pepper green chillies and saute for a minute. After few second add Schezwan sauce Soya sauce chili sauce tomato ketchup and cook the sauce for 2 minutes.
  6. Add cornflour slurry and keep frying till it thicken. Add fried chicken and honey and toss well for 30 second. switch off the flame.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley leaves and serve it.
